Manifested to take away our sins

 


1John 3:5 
And you know that he was manifested to take away our sins, and in him there is no sin.

Authority Birthed from Jesus

Authority in Christ is something every Christian has as long as they are in rela tionship with the Lord. We can all heal and pray for the sick but when talking of author ity that comes from a deep intimate relati onship with the Lord. Even so to where you don't have to lay hands or pray in order for a demon to manifest. An example I can give is me and my girlfriend went to a bakery and she had picked out her dessert, and for some reason I wasn't feeling the holy spirit releasing me to pick any dessert. When Christ Appears

 There is a verse in Colossians chapter 3 that stood out to me recently. It says " For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory." Col 3:3-4 The word that stood out to me in this passage is the word "appears". This word also means "manifest". When I realized that, it opened up plenty to think about. When we have encounters with the Lord that is him appearing, manifesting himself to us. Think about what happens when we are with others that have not received salvation yet Jesus appears right in front of them, you see Him appear but the other person does not, therefore you are being glorified in that moment with Christ.  On the other hand, if there was someone that had seen Jesus in a dream and got born again within the dream, he too had the encounter with the Lord appearing, manifesting himself.
