Discernment of The Lord!
Many of us have had those moments where something doesn't sound right or even look right. First of all I encourage you to seek the Lord on these matters because he could be drawing you to learn how to discern in the Godly way. What is discernment? Discernment reaches into many aspects of the holy spirit and differentiates between what is holy and what is not. It helps us to know when someone is lying to us or when they are speaking out of a spirit of death. There are various factors to pull into discernment, 3 of them that have helped me out a lot are the Helmet of Salvation and "being quick to listen and slow to speak" and "out of the belly flows rivers of living water". We will focus on each of them separately. The helmet of salvation is here for us to know between Godly righteousness and death or the knowledge of good and evil apart from Godliness.
