Religion at its finest!

 Rest is key. The church has had an issue with rest for quite some time now. How does one enter rest? Through relationship, through love, for Jesus said "if you love me you will obey my commands". Some may not like the thought of this, some perhaps might even say that is a condition, but at the core of it it is all love. When you love someone everything flows, there may be feuds but they dont escalate as the world escalates them, there is no more ego in love, for love does not live for itself, rather it lives for the one who IS love, Jesus Christ. 

So what does religion have to do with this? 

Religion sees what Jesus said and says "ok so i have to do in order to prove i love him". This could not be further from the truth. The Son of Man came to serve, religion pokes its head out to be served. Religion never wants to give anything back. Love on the other hand wants to walk WITH you, love wants to co-labor. Religion wants nothing to do with any form of labor.
