Authority Birthed from Jesus

Authority in Christ is something every Christian has as long as they are in relationship with the Lord. We can all heal and pray for the sick but when talking of authority that comes from a deep intimate relationship with the Lord. Even so to where you don't have to lay hands or pray in order for a demon to manifest. An example I can give is me and my girlfriend went to a bakery and she had picked out her dessert, and for some reason I wasn't feeling the holy spirit releasing me to pick any dessert. I was thinking along the lines of, "well he released me to come over here for a dessert, what's going on?"

So I finally just picked something and as we walked back to the car my girlfriend said she could tell the lady was getting impatient. Then I realized that's what was going on, the holy spirit was causing her impatience to manifest. This is what it is to walk in authority. Authority is separate from power. We all have some sort of power, whether that be from holiness for from darkness. But true authority comes from the Lord, where we can simply just walk into a bakery or a retail store and demons manifest in/on/around people. Note also that I did not pray for the lady, it wasn't needed, you need not do anything when you are with the Lord, the anointing spreads wherever you go and things manifest. This all happens with relationship. Scripture says, "did we not do miracles and cast out demons in your name?" Jesus said, "depart from me I never knew you". Miracles and casting out demons is power, authority is relationship.
